Monsters. Mummies. Magical Moments. Join us for a MONSTER celebration of science with crafts, games, treats, and more, all free with admission. Costumes encouraged!
Activities include DIY Bats, a Creature Coloring Station, Monster Constellations, Monster Pixel Art, a Monster Mask Photo Op, a Mummification Station, temporary Monster/Halloween tattoos, a Monster Builder Station, and a Ghost Lollipop Maker. Treat stations are at the Front Desk, Science Shop, and Apothecary.
All-day MAKE activity: Build-a-Bot. Explore manufacturing and interchangeable parts as you imagine and create your own Paper Bot at the MAKE Table in the Tessy Machines & Makers exhibit, sponsored by Marquardt.
11:30 — STEM Story Time: “All About Smart Manufacturing” by Mike Nager, in the STEM Story Time room off of Machines & Makers.
12:00 — Splatter Monsters. Choose your paint colors, use a straw to blow your paint around, and decorate with googly eyes. In the MolinaCares Media Lab in the theatre lobby.
2:00 — Daily Demonstration: Assembly Line Challenge. Learn how teams work together to build systems that create automobiles and other everyday products on a mass scale. In the MolinaCares Media Lab in the theatre lobby.
All activities are free with admission.
