About
Blues and roots rock harmonica player Brandon Santini is back at the 443 on December 30.
Illinois-based Santini brings raw emotion and energy to audiences worldwide. Born in North Carolina and raised on Beale Street in Memphis, he blends traditional blues with a contemporary twist. He has performed throughout North and South America, the U.K., Europe, India, and Egypt, and has nearly 20 years of touring experience.
Santini has performed onstage with Buddy Guy, Gary Clark Jr., Beth Hart, Charlie Musselwhite, Randy Houser, and Parmalee, and recorded with Sam The Sham in 2010. He has received seven Blues Music Award nominations, is a three-time Billboard-charting artist, and is endorsed by Hohner Harmonicas.
His latest release, The Longshot, takes a detour from traditional blues, drawing on rock influences including The Rolling Stones, Tom Petty & The Heartbreakers, The Allman Brothers Band, and Creedence Clearwater Revival, alongside Little Walter, Muddy Waters, and Howlin’ Wolf.
