Pre-Show Dinner for Judy Collins

Join us for a plated, multi-course dining experience in the Museum’s Special Exhibit space, featuring four courses and one complimentary welcome cocktail curated by the Bethel Woods Executive Chef. Dinner takes place just prior to Judy Collins in the Event Gallery; admission to that event must be purchased separately.

Water, soda, coffee, and tea are included. Additional beverages are available for purchase.

All guests will be seated at private tables with their party. A party is determined by the number of tickets purchased in a single transaction. Please call or email us with any special seating requests. The designated welcome drink is complimentary with your dinner ticket purchase; any additional or other beverages are available for purchase.

Dinner menu
- Welcome drink: Espresso Martini — vodka, espresso, and coffee liqueur, finished with a smooth Irish cream topping
- Irish Soda Bread Crostini — toasted Irish soda bread with corned beef, carrot, and leek pesto
- Potato & Leek Soup — topped with crispy leeks and chive crème fraîche
- Roasted Chicken — herb-roasted chicken served with lemon-garlic grilled asparagus, confit potatoes, and roasted red pepper sauce
- Chocolate Tart — layered with chocolate ganache and whipped cream
