Pre-Event Dinner for Stewart Copeland: Have I Said Too Much?

Join us for a plated, multi-course dining experience in the Museum’s Special Exhibit space, featuring four courses and one complimentary welcome drink curated by Bethel Woods Executive Chef. The dinner takes place just before Stewart Copeland: Have I Said Too Much? in the Event Gallery. Admission to that event must be purchased separately.

Water, soda, coffee, and tea are included. Additional beverages are available for purchase.

All guests will be seated at private tables with their party. A party is determined by the number of tickets purchased in a single transaction. Please call or email us with any special seating requests. The designated welcome drink is complimentary with your dinner ticket; any additional or other beverages are available for purchase.

Welcome drink: Specialty wine flight, with the chef’s choice of three 3 oz pours: Pinot Grigio, Red Blend, and Cabernet Sauvignon.

Menu:
- Charred Shrimp & Lemon Caesar Salad: Baby gem lettuce, charred lemon dressing, crispy breadcrumbs, shaved Parmesan, and fried capers
- French Onion Soup: Caramelized onions, beef broth, sourdough croutons, and melted Gruyère
- Steak Frites: Grilled hanger steak, Parmesan potato wedges, and chimichurri
- Chef’s Favorite Carrot Cake: Cream cheese icing, spiced pecans, and warm butterscotch
