The Halloweentown Debates: A Comedy of Terrors!

Dracula is running for his 54th consecutive term as Mayor of Halloweentown, but this year there’s stiff competition: a younger, hotter vampire, Edward Cullen. In addition to the mayoral debate, a slate of creepy, crawly, and slimy candidates—at least a little creepier than your average politician—will debate the issues.
The Halloweentown Debates is an improvised comedy show in which comedians portray iconic movie monsters running for office and debating issues facing everyday Halloweentown residents. Topics include the graveyard shortage, the cost of thrall education, and the energy costs associated with reanimation. The show features the region’s up-and-coming comics, puppeteers, drag queens, and just about anyone else we can fit on stage.
