Get ready to have a new creative hobby! Learn how to carve your own rubber stamp and print with fabric ink to design your own canvas tote bag. Students will be guided through each step of the process: drawing their design, safely carving the stamp, and printing the design. No prior printmaking experience is required.
Come prepared: Bring a simple drawing or graphic of something you would like to create a stamp of. A simple black and white line drawing will work best.
Supplies:
- Each participant will get their own stamp carving set to keep, which includes a variety of blades, a handle, and a carry case.
- Each participant will get a high-quality canvas bag to print their stamp on.
