Homemade Fettuccine, Ravioli & Tortellini ( 2 of Vince's Sauces Included )

Learn to make fettuccine, tortellini, and ravioli from scratch. You’ll mix pasta dough from a few simple ingredients, make ricotta filling, and learn to fill, seal, and hand-stamp ravioli. You can also cut macaroni if you choose. Once you’re confident making ravioli, you’ll move on to tortellini. Guests make one batch and are shown the process for three different applications.

You’ll take home your fresh pasta, directions for cooking it at home, and Vince’s homemade red sauce and vodka sauce.

Class price is per person. Eventbrite fees are non-refundable.

Please arrive 15 minutes before class; classes start promptly. Classes are limited to 8 people and reservations are for ages 16 and older. Each cooking class includes:
- Printed recipes for each dish prepared
- The dish to bring home and enjoy
- A 10% discount on in-store purchases
- The option to bring your own adult beverages; water is provided

Cancellation policy: You may reschedule or cancel if you notify Vince’s at least 14 days before class. If you registered online, request a refund using the link in your email. If you registered in person, contact Donna at [email protected]. There are no credits or refunds with less than 14 days’ notice. If you can’t attend, you may send someone in your place. If you do not show up, the full class fee is non-refundable and no future credit will be given. Classes are not canceled for weather, but Vince’s will notify you of alternatives in the event of a “State of Emergency”.
