Savoy Cabbage Rolls with Pork, Rice, and Spinach

A new recipe, also making garlic bread with prosciutto and Parmesan cream.

Learn the technique for making stuffed cabbage leaves filled with meat, rice and vegetables, cooked in seasoned passata. Then prepare a loaf of garlic bread with salty prosciutto and creamy Parmesan to bake and enjoy.

You’re welcome to bring an adult beverage; water is provided. Please arrive 15 minutes before class, as classes start promptly. Classes are limited to 8 people and are for ages 16 and older. The class price is per person. All fees associated with cooking classes are non-refundable.

Each class includes printed recipes, a dish to bring home and enjoy, and a 10% discount on in-store purchases.

Cancellation policy: You may reschedule or cancel if you notify Vince’s at least 14 days before class. If you registered online, request a refund using the link in your email. If you registered in person, contact Donna at [email protected]. There are no credits or refunds with less than 14 days’ notice. If you can’t attend, you’re encouraged to send someone in your place. No-shows for any reason receive no refund or future credit. Classes are not canceled for weather, but Vince’s will notify you of alternatives in the event of a state of emergency.
