Watercolor Plein Air for Beginners – November 15th | 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM
Join us for a beginner-friendly plein air watercolor workshop! Local artist Rachael Duchnycz will demonstrate basic watercolor techniques and color mixing. She’ll show participants how to break down complex scenes (like greenhouses!) into simple shapes and layers, making sketching from life feel approachable, engaging, and fun.
Participants will have two hours to paint on their own with Rachael’s guidance. All materials are provided, but participants are welcome to bring their preferred watercolors. You’re encouraged to bring a folding chair of your own, but there will be extra plastic folding chairs if needed.
To secure your spot, you must purchase a ticket online. Tickets are $40 and include all materials and instruction. We can’t wait to see you there!
