Sur La Table’s Date Night: New York Steakhouse is a two-hour, hands-on cooking class where you and your plus-one take on a full steakhouse menu: seared steak with Gorgonzola-Shallot Butter, Creamed Kale with Roasted Garlic, Thyme and Gruyère Popovers, and Vanilla Bean Crème Brûlée finished with a blowtorch.

All ingredients and equipment are provided. You’ll sample everything you make and leave with the recipes.
