Willow Street Athletic Club is a team of runners from the Capital Region of New York, ranging in age from their 20s to 70s, who come together to train and compete at a high level both locally and nationally. Members support one another through all seasons of life, pursuing individual and team goals while balancing other priorities. The club values camaraderie, personal growth, volunteering at community running events, and inspiring people of all ages to embrace running and racing as a lifetime sport.
