DIY Kingston & Red Eye Booking present DIY Kingston Fest!
See 16 Hudson Valley-based bands at two venues a block away from each other: Keegan Ales and Night Swim. We felt it was about time Kingston had a fest that actually represents the talented bands in the area. These are some of our favorite bands in the Hudson Valley, and quite possibly, the entire world. Genres include indie, psych, surf, punk rock, post-punk, pop, jazz fusion, and world music.
Tickets are $20 in advance and $25 day of show.
To avoid fees, you can pay via Venmo (@James-Kwapisz; put a random emoji in the payment description), Zelle (239-823-8464; include your name with the payment so we can check your name off the list at the door), or cash. This is a very grassroots operation. All sales will go directly to the bands, organizers, photographers, sound people, and door people.
When you buy a ticket, I’ll send you a free compilation featuring the bands playing at DIY Kingston Fest. If you can’t make it to the fest but still want to support the bands and everyone helping make this special community event happen, you can buy the album on Bandcamp.
