L. E. A. P. is a non-profit community action agency that serves all of Washington County, New York. Located in Fort Edward, we have been aiding individuals and families in defining and reaching their goals economically, educationally, and more for 60 years. Our organization believes that supporting individuals and families in attaining self-sufficiency is best done through building relationships and community networks.

Our services include:
- Head Start/ Early Head Start Programs for children 0-5
- Employment Counseling for Youth and Adults
- Emergency Food Pantry
- Transportation for Senior Citizens and Income Eligible Residents
- Emergency Assistance

L. E. A. P. partners with organizations locally and nationally to bring the best services to our community. We are building a network among local businesses to support employment and job training throughout the county. Partner with us today!
