Día de los Muertos (Day of the Dead) Craft

About
Celebrate Día de los Muertos by creating a Mexican-art-style picture frame. We’ll paint the glass for a 4" x 6" frame. You’ll go home with a completed frame, ready for your person’s photo.
Día de los Muertos occurs on November 2. On the Day of the Dead, it’s believed that the border between the spirit world and the physical world dissolves. During this brief period, the souls of the dead awaken and return to feast, drink, dance, and play music with their loved ones. The living treat the deceased as honored guests, leaving their favorite foods and other offerings at gravesites or on ofrendas built in their homes—or you can just put Granny’s picture in the frame and hang it on the wall.
Registration required.
