Register with the Lake George Land Conservancy. Pre-registration required at least 24 hours in advance.
In the springtime, great blue herons nest in the wetlands of the Sucker Brook Preserve. Explore the southern section of this preserve with a Naturalist and observe these majestic birds through binoculars and spotting scopes.
This hike is rated easy/moderate with several steeper sections. Total hike length (out and back) is 2.5 miles.
