5-Course Wild Game Dinner
Enjoy a chef-crafted five-course meal prepared in partnership with Chef Faz. The menu features:
- BBQ Quail with potato hash & baby roasted carrots
- Warm Duck Confit Salad with frisee lettuce, roasted red peppers, pear, lardons and caramelized shallot vinaigrette
- Macadamia Crusted Walleye Fillet with coconut basmati rice, roasted butternut squash and shaved brussels sprouts
- Venison Bolognese with rigatoni pasta, Parmigiano Reggiano and fresh basil
- Norwegian Apple Pie with vanilla ice cream
