All Hallows’ Eve w Louise Bichan and friends

Binnorie Record Release: Spooky tunes, songs and tales from Scotland

Joined by guitarist Conor Hearn, mandolinist Ethan Setiawan and cellist Brendan Hearn, and occasional special guests, Louise Bichan presents the second edition of All Hallows’ Eve music and fun from the Celtic Isles. Featuring Samhain traditions, folk tales and songs of trowies, sea serpents and selkies, plus the release of a brand-new album, Binnorie.

Come disguised in your best costume to fool the evil spirits, and bring your most frighteningly carved neep (turnip) or pumpkin to win a prize! Fake candles will be available. Children are welcome, but a few songs include dark themes, such as murder ballads.

Seats are $15. Call (518) 882-6962 for reservations.
