About the artist:
D. J. Demers is a prolific stand-up comedian, with five self-released stand-up specials and appearances on The Tonight Show with Jimmy Fallon (twice), Conan (three times), and America’s Got Talent. His clever and hard-hitting stand-up is both personal and universal. He has appeared multiple times at Just for Laughs, received a nomination for Best Comedy Album at the Junos (the Canadian Grammys), and has a growing legion of fans around the world.
D. J. created and starred in the comedy series One More Time for CBC, which the Globe and Mail described as “niceness, with a shot of the subversive.” The network bought the show after reading the pilot script D. J. wrote. His drive and focus on his craft have helped his stand-up albums reach millions of plays on major streaming platforms and tens of millions of views on Instagram, YouTube, and TikTok.
