- How to create salami roses and meat folds
- Pairing sweet, savory, crunchy, and fresh elements
- Simple styling tricks using herbs and garnishes
- Tips you can use again for parties, holidays, and hosting at home

- New entertaining skills and presentation techniques
- A relaxed, memorable experience with friends (or come solo and make some!)
