New Moon Sound Bath Experience with Brian Kavanaugh, LMT

Center for Natural Wellness School of Massage Therapy
14 Computer Dr West, Albany, NY 12205
Open to all
Join us for a deeply restorative New Moon Sound Bath, designed to help you slow down, reset, and reconnect with yourself. The new moon is traditionally a time of release, reflection, and new beginnings—an opportunity to let go of what no longer serves you and create space for something new. This session is intentionally aligned with that energy, offering a supportive environment to quiet the mind, relax the body, and reconnect on a deeper level.
Led by Brian Kavanaugh, Licensed Massage Therapist and Director of Admissions at CNW, this immersive experience blends sound, vibration, and intention to guide you into a deeply relaxed state where the body can reset and the mind can soften.
You’ll be surrounded by the resonant tones of:
- 8 crystal singing bowls (including a 20” bowl for deep grounding frequencies)
- 24” gong
- crystal xylophone, crystal pyramid
- rain stick, ocean drum, and chakra wind chimes
These instruments work together to create a layered soundscape that supports nervous system regulation, mental clarity, and a deeper connection to self.
No experience is necessary—this session is open to everyone, whether it’s your first sound bath or part of your regular self-care practice.
