The LRE backing band is composed of accomplished professional studio and touring musicians.
- Ethan Leff — Berklee alumni drummer percussionist.
- Paul “Junior” Boyne — band's founder and bassist.
- Newest additions: Brad Goff — multi instrumentalist on piano keys, guitars, vocals; Curtis Killian — guitar and vocals.
- Rounding out the band’s sound: Chris Tarrow — pedal steel, guitars, mandolin, vocals.
- Alternating shows include multi-instrumentalists Andy Santospago and Cody Nielson, each contributing pedal steel, acoustic guitar, lap steel, harmonica, mandolin, banjo, and vocal harmonies.
