Step behind the scenes of a professional kitchen and learn the secrets of the world’s favorite ingredient! Join Chef Caroline for a social, interactive experience where we go beyond the wrapper. Kids will learn the science of baking with cocoa, the technique of making truffles, and how to pack more chocolate than you thought possible into one cookie. It’s a safe, creative space to make new friends and become a master of all things chocolate.
This fun, interactive class is for kids ages 8–14.
