Neuromuscular Integrative Action (NIA), it also means "With Purpose" in Swahili. With a fusion of several different dance and physical disciplines, it encourages the individual to find joy again in movement.

Location: inside the school at 14 Computer Dr West, Albany, NY 12205. Room 101.
