Lunchtime Hike

Summer is starting to wind down. Take a break from your day to join us for a short 0.6 mile hike through rolling terrain of the Madison Avenue Pinelands while we take in the beautiful scenery of the Albany Pine Bush and talk about this unique habitat. We will meet at the Madison Avenue Pinelands Trailhead (#7).

Trailhead #7 Madison Avenue Pinelands

Directions from Discovery Center to Madison Ave. Ext. (Trailhead 7):
- At the traffic light in front of the Discovery Center building, turn left onto Route 155.
- Proceed 0.5 miles to the next traffic light. Turn right onto Madison Ave. Ext.
- Proceed 0.2 miles to a stop sign. Continue straight for another 0.25 miles until the road dead ends at the trailhead.
