Jack Brown’s Birthday Bash – 9/10

Join us for a one-of-a-kind live musical birthday bash hosted by Jack Brown, well-known singer of the legendary Syracuse band Sophistafunk! Besides being on TV with his Funky bandmates, Jack blends messages of peace and love with many styles of music, including hip hop, jazz, and funk.

On September 10 (his actual birthday) Jack draws on the wide range of musical influence that helped create his unique style. In this music-first exploration you’ll take a tour through the eras, united by a beat that keeps you moving, while an array of his artist friends interchange seamlessly during two smooth sets.

Featuring an improvisational troop of beloved local musicians plus special guest guitarist Zach Tilton (Niagara Falls) and DJ Edward Camp (Utica). With elements of live DJ, deep house, electronic jam, hip hop, and more — all through the lens of contemporary jazz. Some might say, sophisticated AND funky!!!

- The 443 is an intimate listening room with table service that seats 75 people.
- The floor plan uses green squares/circles for bar-height tables and orange squares for regular-height tables.
- Multiple tickets purchased under the same name will automatically be seated together (up to 6 people).
- Requesting a specific table is a perk reserved for VIP Patron members.
- If anyone in your party needs special seating arrangements (walker, cane, service animal, wheelchair, low table requirement, or you want to be seated with another party), please email the venue after you place your order and they will try to accommodate.
- All tickets are WILL CALL — no need to print anything out, just give your name at the door.
