Join us in our beautiful open-air high tunnel, a unique farm space where the sides and roof can open to the breeze and sunlight or offer gentle shelter during a soft, soothing rain. Surrounded by fields, gardens, birdsong, and the energy of the land, "Flow on the Farm" is rooted in place — a chance to ground yourself in nature while flowing through a thoughtful, all-levels practice.
Each class is guided by experienced instructors. Renee leads Thursday evening flows, inviting you to unwind and reset as the day softens into evening. Brenda leads Saturday morning sessions, helping you start your weekend feeling refreshed, centered, and energized.
Come exactly as you are — whether you’re a lifelong practitioner or simply looking for a moment of peace outdoors at your Community Farm. This is a practice rooted in community, fresh air, and the simple joy of moving together on the land.
About Laura Kenny:
Laura found her way to yoga in 2014 as a way to encourage strength and flexibility while running cross country. She quickly fell in love with the practice, realizing there was so much more than just the physical benefits. To her, yoga is a reminder to be present, show up as you are, and tune into what you need.
Laura completed her RYT 200 certification through Yoga Mandali in 2026. When you come to Laura’s class you can expect a grounding, yet strength-building vinyasa-style class with a focus on breathwork and mind-body compassion. Laura offers modifications, as well as add-ons to make all feel welcome.
Off the mat, Laura enjoys hiking in the Adirondacks, training for triathlons, baking, going out for coffee or tea, and spending quality time with family and friends. She is also a certified Integrative Nutrition Health Coach and offers one-on-one health coaching.
