Paul Guzzone is a performing songwriter and producer whose work ranges across pop, folk, rock and theater. Best known as the long-time bassist and vocalist in The Bacon Brothers, his career includes stints with Tom Rush, Buskin and Batteau, and Tom Chapin. His first solo effort was the 1983 EP “Dancin’Room,” when he was featured as a “WNEW Prisoner of Rock.” In 2012, he returned to performing his own material, releasing three full albums and several singles. Paul was voted 2023 National Songwriter of the Year at the Annapolis Songwriters Festival. His songs and co-writes have been covered by Ruthie Foster, The Bacon Brothers, Karen Mason, and others. His current album, “Extra Innings,” was released in May 2025.
