Our Salon Stage provides complimentary live music while you dine. We feature local Hudson Valley and touring artists nightly. You may discover one of your new favorite artists. As always, we prioritize seating for guests who are joining us for dinner. We also provide a Tap Room for enjoying a cocktail or beer while listening to the live music on our Salon Stage.

Frank Carillo and Eddie Seville are solo artists who began writing and touring as an acoustic duo playing a mix of each other’s work and co-writes while delivering stellar performances filled with great stories and songs.

Frank Carillo’s craftsmanship as a world-class guitar player and songwriter, along with his affable persona, has allowed him to make an indelible mark on the international music scene. Personally signed to Atlantic Records by the legendary Ahmet Ertegun, Frank has worked with a who’s who of A-list artists throughout his career and performed to sold-out arenas across the US and Europe.
