The Poestenkill Light Reading Company returns to the Sand Lake stage with its annual performance of Dickens’ beloved classic. Using the original 1843 text and illustrations from some of the best-known editions, the story of an old miser’s chance for redemption tells of the laughter, joys, and cares of its time—and offers a message of hope for us today. Join us for an evening of sharing a good book by a (figurative) winter’s fire.

Suggested donation: $10 or non-perishable food items. Proceeds benefit local food pantries.
