SUNY Adirondack Collaborative Cuisine

Collaborative Cuisine is a SUNY Adirondack culinary experience at Seasoned, a student-run restaurant in downtown Glens Falls. Chef Matt Bolton prepares the menus, which are executed by Culinary Arts students. The events include informal informational talking points from Chef Bolton and Nine Pin.

Tickets include a four-course dinner with a different Nine Pin hard cider pairing for each course, plus coffee or tea. Additional beverages are available at an additional cost.

This event is 21+. Doors open at 5:30 p.m.; please be seated by 5:45 p.m. The program begins promptly at 6 p.m. Tickets are $80 per person per meal, plus tax.
