This festive cocktail party will bring friends of the Albany Institute together for an inspiring night of art, conversation, and community. Guests will enjoy a silent art auction featuring works by significant contemporary artists in the region who are represented in the Albany Institute’s collection, plus plentiful hors d’oeuvres and an open bar.
All the Institute’s galleries will be open for guests to explore, including:
- Christine and George R. Hearst Gallery (Hudson River School landscape paintings)
- Ancient Egypt gallery
- Sculpture Court
- Special exhibitions: Mexico Masks / Rituals: Photography by Phyllis Galembo; Inspired Landscapes: Women of the Hudson River School; Albany, c. 1776
