This all-levels Vinyasa yoga class is designed to help you stretch, breathe, and reconnect with your body as spring energy begins to blossom. Through mindful movement, gentle strength-building, and calming breathwork, we’ll release tension from the winter months and create space for renewal and growth.
Whether you’re brand new to yoga or a seasoned yogi, this class offers a supportive and welcoming environment where everyone can move at their own pace. Expect a balanced flow of grounding poses, heart-opening stretches, and a peaceful closing relaxation to leave you feeling refreshed and recharged.
