A supportive, inclusive group where men of all backgrounds connect to share, reflect, and discuss mental wellness and masculinity. Sessions alternate between open forums and themed discussions, creating a safe space to explore personal growth, emotions, and ways to be present as friends, sons, fathers, and community members. All men are welcome, whether you want to listen, talk, or just be present.
