Encounter Fest 2026 — A FREE Berkshire Festival of Music, Food & Folklore
Presented by Fiddlehead Brewing Company

Encounter Fest is an out-of-this-world celebration of community, creativity, music, folklore, and the spirit of the Berkshires. Bring the whole family, relax in The Yard with blankets or lawn chairs, enjoy live entertainment, great food, local artists, and unforgettable experiences throughout the day.

Admission is FREE, with optional food, premium experiences, and ticketed activities available for purchase. Advance reservations for New England Clambake packages are strongly encouraged.

FREE Admission Includes:
- Live Music (3:00–6:00 PM): Christopher Cavaliere blends indie, folk, experimental, and cinematic influences into an immersive live performance that creates the perfect soundtrack for an afternoon in The Yard.
- Family Fun & Yard Party Activities: Storytelling with Tommy Warner; Art Display featuring Marcela Cavaliere; Kids' Alien Costume Contest; Alien Photo Booth; Face Painting; Giant Jenga; Cornhole; Badminton; Soccer; Hula Hoops; Hacky Sack; Fire Pits & Picnic Tables; Community Gathering Spaces; Seating & Bar Open at The Inn; Fiddlehead Brewing Giveaways & Swag.

Bring your blankets, lawn chairs, family, and friends and enjoy a relaxing day outdoors.

Please note: No outside coolers permitted.

New England Clambake — Advance purchase is highly recommended.
Nothing says summer in New England like a traditional clambake. Prepared fresh by the ButtonBall culinary team, every clambake includes:
- Lobster Tail
- Fresh Clams
- Mussels
- Corn on the Cob
- Red Potatoes
- Seasoned Butters

Tickets:
- Clambake — $60 (3PM–8PM): Includes Traditional New England Clambake, Drink Specials, and Fiddlehead Swag. Guests also enjoy all FREE festival entertainment and activities.
- Silent Disco — $20 (begins at 8:00 PM): Dance beneath the Berkshire sky with wireless headphones and multiple music channels. Guests are encouraged to arrive early and enjoy all FREE festival activities before the dancing begins.
- Le Petit Farm Interactive Family Experience — $20 (4:00–6:00 PM): A hands-on adventure for children and families. Activities include stories and folklore about sheep from around the world; Celtic legends and fairy tales; a mini fiber art activity; create your own wool keepsake; and design your own mythical creature inspired by folklore and imagination.

Full cash bars will be open throughout the festival at ButtonBall Inn and ButtonBall Barn.
