The North County Band returns to The Barn on Saturday, September 12. Fronted by Chicago-born singer-songwriter Scott Smith and Texas fiddle powerhouse Cat Lines, the group has quickly built a reputation for their signature sound—rootsy, heartfelt, and full of energy.
Their debut EP Connecticut captured stories of family, modern struggles, and life in the Nutmeg State, sparking a 115-date, nine-state tour and earning them nominations for New England Country Act of the Year and Rising Stars of Connecticut.
Now, with acclaimed producer David Morgan behind the board, they’re crafting their fan-funded LP Lay It On The Line — and giving audiences a sneak peek of what’s to come.
