Celebrate the flavors of the season with our Harvest Farm-to-Table class! Join us as we showcase the freshest autumn produce and turn it into a comforting, seasonal feast. From crisp garden vegetables to hearty grains and roasted chicken. You will learn how to create dishes that highlight the bounty of the harvest. Chef Dee and our Dietitian Kinsey will guide you through techniques that let the natural flavors shine, so you can bring the farm-to-table experience straight to your own kitchen. We'll also feature a Mulled Cider perfect for the upcoming Holidays! Come hungry and ready to savor the taste of fall!

- Butternut Squash Soup
- Balsamic Honey Chicken
- Roasted Vegetables
- Pearl Couscous & Apple Pilaf
- Baked Peaches with Harmons Granola Topping (Chef Prepared)
- Mulled Cider

Seats are priced per person.
Please plan to arrive 10 minutes prior to class time.

What to expect in a hands-on Harmons Cooking School class:
- You'll work together with other students in a fun, hands-on environment led by our professional chef instructors.
- You will be working in small groups, sharing workstations, dishes and equipment.
- Classes are 2 to 2 1/2 hours unless otherwise noted above.
- You will be standing, cooking, and working for most of the class. Please wear comfortable, closed-toe shoes and have long hair tied back.
