2026 Avenues Street Fair

The 2026 Avenues Street Fair takes place Saturday, October 10, from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. on 1st Avenue between I and O Streets. The neighborhood fair features live music, local arts and crafts, prepackaged foods, food and drink vendors, and exhibitor and organizer booths throughout the day.

The fair highlights the work of 2026 Featured Artist Libby Peterson, whose theme art is “Animals in the Avenues.” Her booth will be near the GACC booth at 1st Avenue and K Street. There are dedicated areas for entertainment, volunteers, and the People’s Art Gallery.

A Street Fair planning meeting will be held Saturday, October 3, at 10 a.m. at the Avenues Sweet Branch Library and on Zoom. For questions, email [email protected].
