Ecstatic Dance

Ecstatic Dance weaves together live DJ's, immersive sound journeys, and free-form movement. It's a substance-free, all-ages, community celebration where you can simply be yourself, and experience rejuvenation and inspiration through connection, dance & music.

Schedule:
- 11:00 AM–12:00 PM: Opening hour of Yoga, breath work, meditation, etc. Led by rotating qualified facilitators in the community.
- 12:00–12:15 PM: Opening Circle + guideline recap.
- 12:15–2:15 PM: Ecstatic Dance with live DJ.
- 2:15–2:30 PM: Closing Circle + sound bath, acoustic music performance.
- 2:45–3:45 PM: Post-dance occasional impromptu song circle. Acoustic song sharing. Instruments welcome.
- 1:30–3:00 PM: Healthy food available for purchase / social hour.
