Welcome to Part 1 of our 3-Part Summer Wine Series, featuring the bright and elegant flavors of white wine cooking. In this hands-on class, we’ll create a beautiful summer menu highlighting how white wine enhances seafood, fresh vegetables, and light seasonal desserts. Enjoy Drunken Mussels, Chardonnay Cream Salmon, Roasted Asparagus, Crispy Roasted Potatoes, and White Wine Poached Pears served with creamy gelato — the perfect pairing for a warm summer evening.

What to expect in a hands-on Harmons Cooking School class:
- You'll work together with other students in a fun, hands-on environment led by our professional chef instructors.
- You will be working in small groups, sharing workstations and equipment.
- Classes are 2 to 2 1/2 hours unless otherwise noted above.
- You will be standing, cooking, and working for most of the class. Please wear comfortable, closed-toe shoes and have long hair tied back.
