Macarons are delicious to eat, but notoriously difficult to make. Let our devoted Chef Laura unlock the secrets of making macarons! It truly is magical. You'll spend an hour following along, then divide into groups for guided instruction. You'll leave with a decadent, vibrant array of macarons you'll be proud to show off. A light, Chef-prepared dinner is provided during the class. It's difficult to learn on an empty stomach! Come experience the fun and creativity we fuse into each of our Cooking Classes here at Harmons. You're almost guaranteed to have a good time.
What to expect in a Harmons Cooking School class:
- You’ll work together with other students in a fun, hands-on environment led by our professional chef instructors.
- You will be working in small groups, sharing workstations and equipment.
- Classes are 2 to 2 1/2 hours unless otherwise noted above.
- You will be standing, cooking, and working for most of the class. Please wear comfortable, closed-toe shoes and have long hair tied back.
- Seats are priced per person.
