Lost Sheep Running Club

Hey all,

This Tuesday, April 21st, we will meet at the East High track at 5:30 am.

Route:
- Warm up with a jog down 1500 east until we get to 1700s.
- Turn west and jog down to 1100 east.
- From there, run all the uphills between 1100 east and 1300 east until we get to 900 s and the track at East High.

This one is actually super fun, despite the name.
