Imagine your favorite classic steakhouse — dim lighting, sizzling steaks, rich sides, and an unforgettable dessert — brought right into your own kitchen. In this hands-on class, you’ll learn how to sear a filet mignon to perfection, create a decadent compound butter, and prepare timeless steakhouse sides like creamed spinach and a salt-crusted baked potato. We’ll finish the evening with an elegant Basque cheesecake worthy of any white-tablecloth restaurant.

What to expect in a hands-on Harmons Cooking School class:
- You’ll work together with other students in a fun, hands-on environment led by our professional chef instructors.
- You will be working in small groups, sharing workstations and equipment.
- Classes are 2 hours unless otherwise noted above.
- You will be standing, cooking, and working for most of the class. Please wear comfortable, closed-toe shoes and have long hair tied back.
