Chef Laura

Any Chef worth their weight in salt has delved into the phenomenal world of Cajun and Creole cuisine. So come on down and try your hand at making difficult, but delicious beignets. Not only are the seasonings and techniques the base for some of the most incredibly unique dishes in the world, it's the hometown to some of the most incredible Chefs to ever wear the coat. We are bringing the wealth of Southern cuisine and boiling it down to a single night for you to try and make some of the most iconic Creole flavors. For this round, we'll show off how to craft light, airy and sugary beignets, all while the tantalizing aromas of a jambalaya and grilled fish tacos fill the air.

What you'll cook:
- Beignets
- Shrimp & Sausage Jambalaya
- Blackened Fish Tacos
- Creole Coke Mocktail
