Oktoberfest

Oktoberfest at Snowbird is a family-friendly festival running every Saturday and Sunday, plus Labor Day, from August 8 through October 11, 2026. The event takes place from noon to 6 pm each day. Admission is free.

Features include:
- Traditional Bavarian fare and over 50 varieties of beer
- Live music, entertainment, and games in the Halle tent
- Alphorns on Hidden Peak and performances on the Chickadee Stage
- Oktoberfest Marktplatz with over 40 local vendors (jewelry, crafts, artwork, and more)
- Over 21 summer attractions such as the Alpine Slide, Mountain Coaster, Ropes Course, and more
- Gluten-free food and beverage options and a selection of non-alcoholic drinks

Logistics:
- Free shuttles run every event day from the park-and-ride at 9400 S. Highland Dr; carpooling is encouraged due to limited parking
- Paid parking is available in select lots (details listed on the event site)
- The festival is cashless; reverse ATMs are available
- No pets except service animals; no weapons
- Oktoberfest is held at Snowbird regardless of weather
