As the seasons shift and the evenings grow longer, gather around the table for a night of wine, conversation, and beautifully crafted bites. Celebrate the arrival of autumn with us on September 22 with an elevated charcuterie experience where you and your guest will create your own artisan grazing board while enjoying thoughtfully paired wines. Learn the secrets of pairing cheeses, charcuterie, seasonal flavors, and elegant finishing touches—all while relaxing, connecting, and enjoying the moment.

Important Information:
This class is 21+, and you must bring a valid government-issued photo ID to participate, even if you will not be drinking. We're required to verify ID at check-in, and unfortunately, we won't be able to admit any guests without one.

What to expect in a hands-on Harmons Cooking School class:
- You'll work together with other students in a fun, hands-on environment led by our professional chef instructors.
- You will be working in small groups, sharing workstations and equipment. Classes are 2 hours unless otherwise noted above.
- You will be standing, cooking, and working for most of the class. Please wear comfortable, closed-toe shoes and have long hair tied back.
