Ditch the line at the taco stand and forget finding the next hidden gem — it's right here and you're the Chef! We'll provide everything you need to sling up chicken and beef tacos for you and yours, and we do all the clean up too. These recipes are deep and complex in flavor but not in preparation, leaving you lots of time to enjoy a night out.
Our Cooking School is the perfect place to spend a fun evening picking up a new skill, a new recipe, making friends, and enjoying great food and drink. Seats are priced per person.
You'll Make:
- Salsa Verde
- Instant Pot Chicken Tinga
- Marinated & Grilled Flank or Skirt Steak
- Cumin-Lime Black Beans
- Obligatory Calabacitas (Cooked Vegetables with Cheese)
- Fresh Grilled Corn or Flour Tortillas
We'll handle the instruction, clean up, and drink service — you'll be surprised how quick and easy it comes together. Please come prepared with closed-toed shoes and long hair securely tied back. You'll work in small groups in a fun, hands-on environment led by our professional Chef instructor, sharing equipment and workstations. Please ensure you bring your valid State or otherwise Government-Issued ID with your proof of age to be admitted into the School.
