About
The Box Elder County Fair & Rodeo features the Golden Spike PRCA Rodeo and the Box Elder Junior Livestock. The event celebrates agriculture, rodeo, family tradition, and community spirit over one full week each summer. In 2026, the fair takes place on August 22 and August 24–29.
Highlights include:
- Live entertainment at the Bandstand
- Four nights of the Golden Spike PRCA Rodeo
- Box Elder Junior Livestock Exhibits & Auction
- 4-H exhibits and Home Arts displays
- Local crop showcases
- A Wednesday parade
The fairgrounds also include antique machinery displays, carnival rides, and a variety of local food and commercial vendors.
Registration for fair exhibits can be completed online. Tickets for the rodeo are available on the Golden Spike Rodeo official ticket site. Sponsorship opportunities are offered for both the fair and the rodeo.
