Did you miss your chance to Vacay out in the tropics? Well maybe you aren't too late to catch those good summer vibes. We may not be in the tropics, but we can sure make you feel like you are with this perfectly sweet menu. Learn how to make some delicious island-style pork to complement the lightly sweet coconut rice. Try your hand at frying up some delicious coconut shrimp! Keep your phones charged and at the ready because there's no greater photo opportunity than the roaring flames of flambeed pineapple rings!

This is a 21+ cooking school event. You must have your valid I. D. readily available when you arrive.

What to expect in a Harmons Cooking School class:
- You'll work together with other students in a fun, hands-on environment led by our professional chef instructors.
- You will be working in small groups, sharing workstations and equipment.
- Classes are 2 to 2 1/2 hours unless otherwise noted above.
- You will be standing, cooking, and working for most of the class. Please wear comfortable, closed-toe shoes and have long hair tied back.
- Seats are priced per person.
