Guests will work together to create a multi-course French-inspired menu while learning foundational techniques used in professional brasserie kitchens. From rich sauces and perfectly seared proteins to delicate plating and dessert finishing, this class blends hands-on instruction with an intimate, shared dining experience.

Designed for couples, friends, or anyone looking to enjoy a memorable night out, this experience emphasizes collaboration, flavor balance, and timing—just like a real Paris kitchen service. After cooking, guests sit down together to enjoy the meal they’ve created in a relaxed, candlelit setting.

Date Night tickets are $210 per couple. One purchase includes two seats. Gratuity is not included; you may add a gratuity for your chef instructors and the team at your discretion.

All purchases are nonrefundable. You must provide 72 hours’ notice to reschedule your reservation. Cancellations made less than 72 hours before the scheduled class are not eligible for refunds, credits, or class transfers. If you cannot attend, you may send someone in your place.
