You’ll master the art of grilling the perfect pizza, from shaping the dough to achieving that beautifully charred, crisp-yet-tender crust. Then, cool things down as you churn your own rich, velvety gelato from scratch. To round out the experience, you’ll mix a refreshing Aperol spritz, the iconic cocktail that captures the essence of long, golden evenings in Italy.

Whether you’re a seasoned home cook or just looking for a fun night out, this class offers a relaxed, flavor-filled escape with great food, hands-on learning, and a touch of Italian magic.

Practical details:
- Must be 21+ to attend.
- Please be on time and wear closed-toe shoes.
- Date Night tickets are priced at $210 per couple. One purchase = two seats. Gratuity is not included. The option to add a gratuity for your chef instructors and our team is available at your discretion.
- All purchases are nonrefundable. Our cancellation policy requires 72 hours’ notice to reschedule your reservation. If you cancel with less than 72 hours before your scheduled class, Salt Lake Culinary Education will NOT provide refunds, credits, or class transfers for classes missed. If this circumstance arises, you are welcome to send someone in your place.
